Alohomora! The New Harry Potter-Themed Hotel Unlocks

It’s time for the Muggles to celebrate as they get a chance to be a part of the magical world’s home decor! A central London hotel has styled a few rooms for Harry Potter fans to look like the dorm rooms at Hogwarts.

The Georgian House Hotel, a 163-year old hotel in Pimlico has changed two of its basement rooms into ‘Wizarding Chambers’, with 4-poster beds, cauldrons, trunks and cushions with Gryffindor’s logo engraved on them, so as to provide the fans a life-size Hogwart’s experience. The rooms have been detailed with caution and look insanely beautiful. The hotel provides packages for overnight stay for two people, starting from £209, i.e., approximately Rs. 21,000.

Serena von der Heyde, a partner at The Georgian House said, in an interview, that the rooms are quite popular among the young couple who grew up with the books and the films. To give the visitors an unforgettable experience, the hotel staff welcomes the visitors with music and candles. Serena explained, “When guests arrive we light candles and play music as they enter the Wizard Chambers – it’s a great way to give families a unique stay.”

The guests can also add the hotel’s special “Muggle Walking Tour,” and also the tickets to the Warner Bros. Studio and go for a “Making of Harry Potter” tour. The package then goes up to about £363, i.e., roughly Rs. 36,000.

The Georgia House provided the option of booking the rooms, and as the news spread, the influx of fans has been so much that the website of the hotel recently crashed. Well, Harry Potter fans have been waiting for a really long time.

It is finally here and it’s as real as it could be.
